During your pregnancy you will be faced with many decisions based upon information coming at you thick and fast. Not only will you have to absorb all these new fact and figures but you will have to do it whilst your body is changing on a daily basis.

Having worked within the NHS system for many years we know what decisions need to be planned for and those that can be changed at the last minute. We can provide a breathing space and guidance and be there if and when required.

We think there is no such thing as a "stupid" question and actively encourage you to discuss the smallest concern as a happy mind creates less stress on the body and consequently a more enjoyable pregnancy.

Our Midwives offer therapies (links on the left hand side) again to provide mental and physical relief from internal and external sources. Also exercise has been proven to lift the spirits and we have some Pregnancy appropriate offerings.

Everyone has their own special advice that they like to give but our training and advice comes with a Midwife's experience and perspective, from Childbirth Education to Baby Skills for Couples.
