Please try to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late it may be necessary to shorten your treatment time so that the next client/s can be seen at their allocated time.

All times quoted include consultation, preparation time, treatment and vacation of the room.

Pre-paying clients will get priority bookings.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend your treatment please give us at least 24 hours notice as we can then give your time to another client.

Cancellations under 24hours have to be charged at full rate, however if we are able to fill your appointment time you will of course not be charged.

Having your baby or any pregnancy related emergencies will not be charged for. These exciting times generally do not give advanced notice
